Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

1. Information Required in a DMCA Notice

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification (For Sellers/Users)

If you receive a notification that your material has been removed due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe that this removal is a mistake or a misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our agent using the contact information above. Your counter-notice must contain:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

     

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

     

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

     

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

     

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement very seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Nami Baby maintains a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users or accounts who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
