    • Shipping Territory: We currently only sell and ship within the United States. Please note that we do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or territories outside the US mainland. All orders are dispatched directly from our facility.

      • Orders over $70: FREE Shipping

    • Timeline:

      • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

      • Handling Time: 3 - 5 business days (Monday – Friday).

      • Shipping Time: 5 - 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

    • Order Modifications & Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once this 24-hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee modifications as your order may already be in processing.

    • Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day your package is delivered.

    • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • Return Fees & Process: Please note that we do not offer direct exchange services. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.

    • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 days.
